The program is designed to build partnerships with local hospitals, pediatric clinics, and community health centers. As well as conduct awareness sessions in the community on the importance of early detection of hearing and speech impairments. Our goal is to develop a referral system for children identified with hearing or speech challenges to ensure timely support.

Aims of the program include

1. Screening and Identification

• Implement newborn hearing screenings and early childhood auditory assessments at partnered healthcare facilities.

2. Parental Education and Counseling

• Educate parents about early signs of hearing loss and the importance of early intervention.


• Provide counseling services to guide families through the diagnosis and intervention process.

3. Early Intervention and Support

• Facilitate speech therapy, audiology assessments, and hearing aid fittings at the Institution.


• Introduce sign language and communication skill training to support early language development.

4. Continuous Monitoring and Follow-Up

• Ensure regular check-ups and progress evaluations for children receiving intervention.


• Maintain communication between healthcare providers, therapists, and educators for holistic support.


• Collaborate with local NGOs and social workers to reach underserved populations.
